In today’s world, shoppers are demanding added value when shopping in stationary retail stores, made up of relevant information, inspiration, orientation and new services. The ‘weShop’ showroom concept illustrates how retailers can offer this added value and help achieve the key goals of ‘increasing customer frequency’ and ‘growing the shopping basket’. Our solutions demonstrate the combination of offline and online sales channels in a unique way and show how e-commerce and the digital customer experience can be extended to the stationary retail space.
The ‘Shopping 2020’ project was initiated in collaboration with Cisco, Serviceplan and Vitra.
Showrooms were set up in Munich and Eschborn/Frankfurt am Main together with the Bogner, Tommy Hilfiger, BMW, Deichmann, Eckerle and Canon brands.
