With the opening of its new innovative service center of the future, AOK Nordost is testing out its digital transformation in the stationary retail space. In historical premises right next to Brandenburg Gate in Potsdam, the health insurance company is showcasing itself under the slogan “Experience health anew” and making the digital facet of the AOK tangible for all target groups.
The customer is taken on a ‘digital journey’ as a part of the consultation. This takes them through theme and adventure worlds made up of islands that deliver interactive infotainment on health topics concerning nutrition, exercise, health care and family. Apps from the AOK are also promoted in this context. Visitors can also familiarise themselves with advice and information at self-service terminals and make appointments online or book health courses.
In this manner, the service center concept facilitates the personalised support of individual customers and aspires to inform, inspire and convince them in the future.
